王林，1983年出生。2010年于获得北京大学
肿瘤外科学博士学位，同年受聘为北京大学
肿瘤医院主治医师；2013年8月至2014年9月，作为所在病区第2位赴美访问的医生，在结直肠癌诊疗权威机构、全美综合排名第一的
肿瘤中心：纽约市 Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center 担任临床研究员。2015年8月受聘为副主任医师至今。在国内参与倡导了 “术前放化疗+手术治疗直肠癌” 的综合治疗模式。对于直肠癌术前放疗方案和手术方式的选择，有丰富的理论基础和实践经验。熟练掌握常见胃肠道
肿瘤的
外科治疗，尤其是在直肠癌新辅助放化疗、保肛手术、非手术治疗等领域中，有较丰富的经验并进行了一些探索。临床研究成果多次在美国结直肠
