谈景旺,主任医师,301医院博士后,硕士导师,2011年特招调入解放军301医院肝胆外科,现于301医院第一附属医院肝胆外科挂职,曾任肝胆胰外科科主任,微创外科科主任8年。 “国家卫生部普外科腹腔镜培训基地”主任, “国家卫生部普外科腹腔镜镜考评专家”,省外科学会委员。长期致力于复杂肝胆胰外科疾病根治性手术,先后师从国际著名肝胆外科专家吴孟超院士、董家鸿院士(美国、法国外科学院院士)、Abraham Czerniak 教授,可施行肝、胆、胰、脾等疾病的任何复杂的开放及微创手术,成功救治了多位被认为“无法切除”的肝脏巨大肿瘤、胰腺肿瘤、肝门胆管癌、胆囊癌、后腹膜巨大肿瘤及多次术后肝内胆管结石病人,并获得长期生存。近年来在国内首先开展微创技术治疗肝硬化门静脉高压出血、顽固性腹水,使门静脉高压得到合理的纠正而免于开刀之苦。是国内外开展“联合肝切除+胰十二指肠切除术”例数最多外科医师之一,是极少数可行肝移植、各种复杂肝胆胰手术,同时还可开展各种“肝胆胰微创手术”及普外科各种微创手术的外科医师之一,是国内、外少数可常规开展腹腔镜下胰十二指肠切除术、肝移植联合胰十二指肠切除术、腹腔镜下巨脾切除、巨大肝血管瘤切除外科医师之一,受到国内外前辈的高度肯定。 2009年获“中国内镜杰出青年医师奖”。获省部级科技奖三项,(两项第二作者,一项第6作者),三等奖1项(第1作者)。发表论文120余篇,其中SCI收录近30篇,待发表SCI文章近20篇,已造成一定的学术影响,被世界著名外科杂志British Journal of Surgery ( BJS, 英格兰外科杂志)邀请撰写专稿, World Journalof hepatology(世界肝病杂志)聘为编委。 发表论文: 1. 谈景旺,王烈,杨甲梅,钱光相,吴孟超.
