练磊，男，副主任医师，副研究员，博士，党政办副主任，广东省中西医学会炎症性肠病学组委员。

外科硕士研究生，2007-2010年，中山大学附属第六医院胃肠
外科博士研究生，2007-2010年，美国克利夫兰医院消化疾病中心结直肠
外科，Research Fellow 【临床及科研经验】毕业于中山大学医学院临床医学系，2010年获博士学位。
于2007年7月-2010年3月在美国克利夫兰临床医疗中心（Cleveland Clinic）以及其附属Lerner研究中心（Lerner Research Institute）进行临床科研工作，主要研究方向为炎症性肠病以及结直肠
肿瘤的治疗。发表SCI论文34篇（第一作者13篇）、中文文章7篇。
在炎症性肠病包括溃疡性结肠炎和克罗恩病的诊治方面在国内及国外均受到规范化的临床训练，积累了较丰富的临床经验，同时专注于痔瘘裂、结直肠
肿瘤的临床诊治。在炎症性肠病患者手术必要性、手术时机的把握、手术方式的选择等方面有一定经验。在储袋炎、癌变的危险因素、储袋失败的风险预测等研究方面取得了一定成绩。
现任《Journal of Inflammatory Bowel Disease》、《Gastroenterology Research and Practice》、《BMC Gastroenterology》、《Chinese Medical Journal》特邀审稿人及《中华胃肠
外科杂志》英文编辑。“结直肠炎症与
肿瘤的基础与临床系列研究”获2011年广东省科技进步一等奖（排名第5）。
