[摘要]目的：总结应用股前外侧穿支皮瓣治疗小腿慢性骨髓炎皮肤软组织缺损创面的疗效。方法：本组共10个小腿慢性骨髓炎合并皮肤缺损创面病例，均接受股前外侧穿支皮瓣移植术。结果：术后随访4个月―2年，全部10个皮瓣均成活。感染痊愈9例、复发1例。结论: 应用股前外侧穿支皮瓣结合负压引流技术，治疗小腿慢性骨髓炎皮肤缺损创面，能有效控制感染，皮瓣供区损伤较小、受区外观好，是一种实用、有效的方法。北京大学深圳医院手、显微外科周锤

Curative effect observation on transfer of free anterolateral thigh flap in treatment of chronic lower leg osteomyelitis and soft tissue defect.

[Abstract] Objective：To evaluate the clinica1 outcomes of free anterolateral thigh flap in treatment of chronic lower leg osteomyelitis and soft tissue defect．Methods：We retrospective reviewed 10 patients who underwent free anterolateral thigh flap transfer with VSD technique for post-traumatic osteomyelitis．Results：All the wounds were healed by first intention. A follow up 4 -24 months diacloused only 1 recurrence. Conclusion: Chronic lower leg osteomyelitis can be successfully treated by free anterolateral thigh flap transferred with VSD technique．
