Clinical Study of Colorectal Cancer of Optimun Systemic synthetic Treatment 

[Abstract]   Objective  In clinical work, We are secking a kind of effective method in treatment of colorectal cancer. Methods  At present, Optimum Systemic synthetic treatment is the best method of treating colorectal Cancer. Results  On operation, it is made that there are total mesorectal excision, sphincter preservation such as park’s operation and surgery treatment of liver metastasis. Chemithery is a important part in systemic treatment of colorectal cancer. So far, 5―FU+LV is the best treatment of colorectal cancer. Radiotherapy is the same as chemotherapy. Conclusions  In brief, Optimun Systemic synthetic treatment plays role in the treatment of coloretal cancer. The effective rate add to 73%.
